Industrial property protection

As patent attorneys, our main tasks include carrying out searches, filing applications, and enforcing, defending, monitoring and managing protection rights. In addition to patents, utility models, trademark and design protection rights, we also deal with matters concerning employee inventions, licence and know-how agreements and expert opinions. We will act on behalf of our clients during the application and registration procedure, in opposition and appeal proceedings and in nullity or cancellation proceedings for example.

Our function as a representative extends over the whole of Germany, from the German Patent and Trademark Office via the Federal Patent Court to the Federal Supreme Court in patent nullity matters. Internationally, we represent our clients before the European Patent Office in Munich, the European Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market in Alicante and the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva.
